JOSH MILLER
Principal
Josh began his career in commercial real estate in 2002 after moving east from his home state of California. He formed PULSE in 2012 after a six year tenure at international commercial real estate firm, CBRE, and completion of his masters degree in real estate from Georgetown University. His real estate knowledge, strong relationships with DC area landlords, retail tenants and restauranteurs, vast experience with real estate transactions, understanding of market trends, and passion to better the landscape of the DC area serve as the backbone of the company.

SEBASTIAN DAÑINO
Senior Vice President
Sebastian Dañino Beck is a seasoned real estate professional with over twelve years in the commercial real estate industry. Prior to joining Pulse, he led the creation of the Corporate Division of Sustainability and Environment for largest real estate development company in Peru, Inversiones Centenario SAA, assisted with the management of a $28m private equity fund at JER Partners in Washington D.C., received his masters degree in real estate from Georgetown, and founded a co-working company in Peru. Sebastian's experience as a real estate entrepreneur and understanding of complex real estate transactions provide invaluable insight to clients at Pulse.

GRANT VALANTINE
Marketing and Lead Generation Coordinator
Grant is a recent business graduate from Oregon State University, where he focused on digital marketing, marketing analytics, and social media management. He joined Pulse to optimize digital marketing strategies and generate leads with potential clients. ​
